原因の2つ目は、動的なパス解決。環境変数を使わず、ベースパスを直接書き込むのが共有サーバーでは確実です。

そして原因の3つ目。EspoCRM 10は公開ディレクトリが分離されているため、ルート直下の案内を無視して正しく設定する必要があります。

さらに注意点。FTPクライアントによっては「空のディレクトリ」を送らないため、手動で作成しないと書き込みエラーで止まってしまいます。
