When I think about human resources, I see people [English Subtitles]

What I'm asking for is a workplace where the basics are simply done right. Greet people properly every morning. Say thank you when someone does something for you. If you called the meeting, be the first one there. Instead of always summoning people to your office, try going to theirs. Before chasing your ideal, if you're losing to the competition right now, honestly own it. Are you outsourcing everything — the blueprints, the messaging — to outside firms? Ask yourself if you've become nothing more than a scheduler and coordinator. Ask yourself if you have the skills to tell your team to surpass you. I believe it all starts with getting these fundamentals right.
